The Pheobe skirt was cut to flatter every size from xs to xl. The curve in the hem line and "just below the knee" length makes this a perfect piece to wear casually or dressed up.   This single layer skirt with a reversible waistband (navy and black have charcoal waistbands on the reverse side, or when folded down and charcoal mix has a black waistband on the reverse side), is fabulous to travel with as it rolls up to take very little space....
