beanie1 @lucii the girl I bought it from shipped it to me in a non padded envelop and she used crumpled up paper to 'protect' it so it arrived like that. And on top of that she didn't remove her info from the phone so I can't get into and wouldn't give me the code to access it to delete her info. Luckily my brother knows how to get into the phone so I can use it. Now I need to get it fix. If you ever come across this seller I do not recommend her at all. She ignored all questions after I received it. The phone she stated was in perfect condition but the reset button on top sticks the back was all cracked which I can only assume was done during shipping do to her crappy packaging job but none of her pics posted shows the back of the phone so it makes me wonder if it was cracked and she just didn't disclose it since she doesn't want to help me out and the top button sticks i would say Overall she's not a trustworthy seller and I would never do business with her again.

talitha @beanie1 I did answer your questions and when I sent the phone it was not cracked - when I sent it I did send in envelope with packaging paper around it thought it was good did not do it on purpose - I sell things all the time and have no problems

beanie1 @talitha you need to read what I wrote carefully. I asked you twice about the code which you ignored I posted a pic of the it. You said the only thing you need to do is drop in a sims card. Can't do that if I can't access the phone. I had to drive an hour one way to my brothers drop the phone off so he can access the phone and now I got to go back to pick it up. That's 4 hours of my time. Second the top button is broken you need to push it really hard to get it to work. So this phone is far from ready to use as stated. You should be grateful that I didn't post it in your closet where your future customers can read my experience from you. Because once its posted in Your closet it can't be deleted. My friend asked me what happened and I gave her my experience with you. For the top button, why would I contact you on that if your not responding to my comments. It's a waste of my time. And if I wasn't desperate for this phone I would of returned it but my girl is going to leave for brazil Tuesday and I needed to get her an unlock phone ASAP. But that doesn't make getting a crappy phone that required more work than stated ok it just makes for a crappy experience. Another thing is I don't understand why you didn't use a priority box? Or any kind if box to ship that phone. It was a FRAGILE item and you placed it in a plain paper envelop with no protection. For shipment from NY to CA? And you expected it to be in perfect condition? Come on, that just makes me wonder if it was a set up after seeing the top button broken and no code and you posted no picture of the back. I can except one thing but 2 or 3? All I got to say is what would you think if you were in my shoes.
