Elastic waist, slightly gathered below waist, two upper side pockets, wide palazzo legs, another lining layer underneath. Made by the bohemian label, Phool. These are considered Vintage. Lots of colors with artsy prints in the background, solid gold lining. 65% rayon, 35% cotton, gauze, very soft, smooth, no stretch, washable. Beautiful condition.
