meganamundson @sellagram this just came in today and there’s product missing. None of it got out in the envelope- I understand if it’s been tried once or something but that’s a good amount missing. Can’t give this as a gift because it’s clearly been used.

sellagram So these are never removed from the boxes. We don't open products at all. I will actually look at the other 3 we still have and see what they look like. Do not worry, I will get back to you after 7pm est.

sellagram You mentioned that you understand if it has been tried once. But it hasn't. There are brand new. My concern is that you actually took it apart? So I just placed a call where we purchased them from , with your image. Hopefully, I'll hear from them shortly and will get back to you.

meganamundson @sellagram you can remove the tube easily by twisting and it slips right back in to place without the product being aerated at all, So the product will remain intact. Let me know what they say, ive bought from drunk elephant directly and they didn’t look like this, the product went to the bottom of the tube... if you want to check your other DE products from your supplier you just hold tightly by the area where the top meets the base and gently wiggle. It will pull apart.

sellagram So of course I know HOW to sep the product from the casing. We are makeup artists. However, more than anything, I am curious because we use and sell this on all my clients and this is truly a first. As soon as I hear from, I will respond. sellagram okay. Here's the deal. I was obviously concerned. He opened all 3 we have remaining. All different levels. I don't know if it is a packaging issue but not all are filled to the top. We sill not open products and check before shipping. Especially these products..... so.... I have 2 options.

sellagram But I was thinking of a partial refund of 30 - 35? One thing I can tell you is this is brand new and not used. I think you can tell by the packaging. It's your call. Or if you make another purchase, I can adjust the price accordingly. Just let me know how you want to work it. Unfortunately, most businesses are closed for the next 2 weeks and we can't reach any distributor

meganamundson @sellagram I really respect you and your business for being up front about it and for trying to make it right. I believe you that you didn’t tamper with the product or use it, but I don’t have any left of my old bottle to compare, I hope you understand my concern with using the product. I would go for a product discount but I checked and you don’t have anything in my shade. If we did a partial refund how would we go about it?

sellagram Being in this business and being on many sites, I don't get petty at all. Our buyers are all thrilled. I do realize that 95% of buyers are decent and honest. WE do have 5 or 10% that are not. I absolutely take your word for this issue. I'll do the partial refund and I'm just going to send a USPS money order in the mail. I will send it out tomorrow. If that is ok, respond and it will be done tomorrow.

meganamundson @sellagram is there a way where you do not have to send anything out? I will definitely be rating this as 5 stars because of the way this has been handled. I’ve been on posh for 6 years and have to say this is a first, and I appreciate what you’re doing. I saw you do have other drunk elephant products, is there any chance you have more of the c tango eye serum? Otherwise money order works just fine, or I have p@y. P@l.

sellagram Thank you. The way I handle this is no not about rating. So I have the C-tango on another site but its almost retail. I discount heavily on here (not for long). I don't think I have them any more on this site. We have alot :(. I have your shippinginfo, I was going to do it that way. do you have zelleorchasepay?
