Piano Velvet Mermaid Dress

This is a vintage elegant velvet maxi dress by Pia. The dress has tan designs down the center and rich black velvet on the sides to give the silhouette of an hourglass figure. The back is all velvet. I taped the back so that you could see how it is beautifully criss-crossed in the back. The dress is pre-owned and gently worn.
