Picadilly Womens Maroon Raw Hem Pleated Midi Skirt Small

Picadilly exposed raw edge midi skirt. Has zipper back and elastic on either side of zipper. The color is almost a rusty redish maroon. Care & size tag removed. Actual skirt is in great condition! Seems to be made of a textured cotton, and the liner is polyester. The waist is 28 (not stretched), and 28" length.
