crys_g90 @psowell Ummm the shoes did not look like that. The shoes were in PERFECT CONDITION. They literally were listed 2-3 weeks max before SALE! The way the pictures were posted was the SAME condition the shoes were shipped. So this is not a valid thing to post. I would NEVER send out shoes like this. I have sold so many items with all 5 star ratings, so this is not valid.

crys_g90 My pictures showed the same angles as these, there is no hiding this damage on the shoe from pictures, and my pictures didn't look like this.. The item sold in 3 weeks after listing was made. And like I said inWOULD NEVER post or send out the shoes in this condition..

pmorganelli They look they have been thru hell and back @crys_g90 ! The bottom even looks wore and I can prove that by posting a close up so clearly they fit you or somebody which is told by the bottom of the flats. I can't make this up! I will post additional pictures and share away if needed!! I don't make things up about items I purchase. I will say it's my fault for automatically accepting the item without looking but I've never had this happen but I guarantee you, it won't ever again!

crys_g90 Oh hun... I've sold over 100 going on 200 items-- with all 5 star ratings. I know my items. I know the description of my items and how I sale them.. The mesh bag that these were placed in would allow you to see the damage right away for you to file a complaint with posh, the complaint is filed a day in a half later??? Anyways the backs of the shoes were not worn noted in my picture listed in my listing. Sorry this is not accurate complaint and kind of offensive. Goodbye
