Pierced Earrings Silver Tone Blue Topaz and Citrine Tear Drop Stones Brand New

These look a lot like 1928 Jewelry Company, but I do not believe they are. The stones are amazing, true azure blue and citrine. The scroll work is very detailed. They are brand new, never worn or even tried on. There are not any scratches on the stones and no tarnishing on the metal. They have a little bit of a fancy look, but would look great with a jean jacket or chunky sweater. They measure just over 1", not including the wire.
