Pierre Dumas. Brand new. Size 10. Runs small. More like a 9-9 1/2

This shoe has never been worn. I am a 9 1/2 - normally a 10. This shoe is listed as 9 1/2 because it would definitely fit a 9 -91/2 foot in woman’s sizes
