catketter001 I own this skirt in 3 sizes, 22W, 20W, and 18W. This skirt runs 1-2 sizes small in waist and hips. Not much give in the fabric. You are better buying a larger size and having it tailored to fit your specific body shape. The waist detail is very flattering!
