hannersnersners @kcwiek I am so sorry about the wait! I’ve been really busy! Laying flat the measurement across the top is 13 inches. This is high waisted and the rise measurement is 11 inches.

hannersnersners @mmiglis i’m so so sorry! I had some stressful things come up that I had to deal with and completely forgot to get back to you! Here are the materials. I can tell you already that there is not a lot of stretch in these pants just from feeling them. 63% cotton, 23% modal, 7% polyester, 6% silk, and 1% elastane.
