Brand-new, made to order pilot neck wrap/scarf filled with gel beads. Just add water, soak scarf in a bowl of water for 1 to 2 hours until it increases in size as the beads expand and then wear it all day long for nice cool relief of the heat. Put it in an ice chest for extra cold comfort but never freeze it!
