Offered is a lovely Navy faux wrap dress with vintage Hawaiian floral print. Elastic waist band. Made by Ups & Downs, Plus size 3X but I feel like it runs a little small. There is some stretch to the fabric, Please see measures. Immaculate condition, worn once before I sized out. Very Pin up vibe.
