Beautiful, sweet Tulip B top. This brand is commonly seen in pin-up clothing boutiques. It is vintage looking, resembling the 1930s and early 40s. It is a lovely muted sea glass blue color with a white Peter Pan collar. The top has a slight peplum effect at the bottom that enhances towards an hourglass shape. I haven’t worn the top out but I did take the tags off. :( The top is a Medium, questions are welcome.
