Pinch Olive Green and Off-white Splotchy Abstract Blouse Tunic Ruffles Small

Green and cream sleeveless blouse with ruffle detail by Pinch. This blouse is longer and can fit like a tunic. It would be a very, very short dress if one wanted to try it as a dress. It has an all-over splotchy pattern. The neckline is ruffled and has a double button and loop closure in the back that creates a keyhole. The sleeves are also lined with a ruched ruffle. There is a horizontal ruffle that crosses the front chest. There is another horizontal ruffle that wraps around the lower part of the blouse. It is pre-owned but in great condition. The horizontal ruffles flip down instead of laying flat. Size SMALL. It is made of 100% rayon. Hand wash cold, do not tumble dry.
