Perfect for many occasions- dressy enough for a wedding or for a special date etc. very flattering with tiered skirt but not ‘fluffy’. Beautiful muted blue color that works great for day or night. I’ve worn with sandals to a grad party and with heels for an afternoon wedding. All in all - have worn maybe 3 times. 50 inches from shoulder to hem.
