Pink Anchor dress

This vintage like button down collar dress will turn heads. I saw it worn by the owner of a vintage store, and I bought it from her as-is; and it is still as-is(as pictured). Soft pink, breezy material, with 1” cuffed sleeves that are tacked. Her skirt portion has cream colored lining(contains 5 tiny snag holes that are approximately 1/16”; one is pictured) with light pink stitching. There is a metal hook above the front zipper. There two 1” stitched belt loops; one in each side. She has had a bit of repair made that has come undone (in the left armpit area as pictured). The 4 buttons are metallic like anchors with cream colored centers. The two front pockets are actual pockets with faux flaps. There is a small light stain above the right front pocket, one in the front skirt area, one on the shoulder, inside the collar, and the zipper flap (I will add photos). The top button is missing. When laying flat measurements are approximately: her stretchy waistband gathers around the midline at 12”-15” from waist to hem line is 26”, from pit to waistband is 6.5”, shoulder to shoulder seams are 14.5”, front zipper at center waistline is 6.5”. The anchors printed on the material are soft black/dark chocolate brown.
