Ordered online and just barely fit over my bust. So it's never truly been worn size is supposed to be medium but runs small. The sleeves can be worn as long or short as the longer sleeves are removable. The back zips as well as ties. The front ribbons are also meant to be tied. The skirt in the back is longer than in the front.
