Pink & Black Polka Dot Tie-Front Blouse

Flowy light pink blouse with black polka dots from The Limited. The front had two extra long sashes that tie into a lovely bow! About 3/4 length sleeves with a sweet button detail on each cuff. The front waist is flat, while the back waist has some ruching to ensure a great fit! Also looks amazing when tucked into a black high waisted skirt!
