This dress is magical and has pockets! It does not include the belt. It is gently used and has some discoloration around the armpit areas and a small stain on the front of the skirt (see photos). The straps on the dress have been slightly shortened by a professional as well. Comes from a pet friendly home, so you might find some pup glitter.
