katesnowden @lovelabels801 I may text you tomorrow bc I’m having the most stressful experience dealing w Chanel over ONE PAIR OF $900 EARRINGS. They’re pretty much out of this style at every boutique in the country, but a brand rep in Houston tracked down the last (I think?) pair for me, which are in … Palm Beach! Great, I was just there, spent a ton, should be able to order w/no problem, right?

katesnowden No, there’s a problem w/my address in my Chanel account I’d have to come into the store to fix. Which wouldn’t be a problem but for the 5 1/2 hr round trip. No idea if you’ll be able to respond since I know you’re busy, but it’s a 321 area code, if you are able. Just seeing if ANYONE familiar with buying from them has any suggestions. I hate bugging people but I’m desperate for some way around this; I know there has to be. 💜 Xo
