dncrheather How are the arms straps attached to the dress? Can you lift your arms wearing it?

nuccia13 @dncrheather good morning yes they are “sleeves” I use the word in quotes because essentially two strips of fabric they attach to the arm pit. If you do decide to purchase this dress before 4pm today it will be careful wrapped and shipped today.
