I was told this was new without tags, but I have no way to verify that. This is an olive green open front cardigan. It has two front pockets. There are small side slits. I do not see any any flaws or signs of wear. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. All measurements were taken from the back. Armpit to armpit is about 17.5 inches and stretches to a max of about 27.5 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. Length from armpit to hem is about 21.5 inches. Length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 29 inches. #2
