brigittenewton @kcanne1717 so measuring it flat there is a band that sits under the armpit across the chest and it’s not stretchy it measures about 16.5in so about 33in around. That being said the band sits at about sternum above breast. I have broad shoulders which is why it didn’t work for me :( hope this helps !!
