*(Necklace not included) While this beautiful dress has no tags on it, it has actually never been worn. Took the tags off thinking I was going to wear it, then changed my mind. Love the dress and the color, but does nothing for my pasty legs :( tag says it is a medium, but fits like small-medium.

noeclue @melodicminor - sorry, I'm just getting this info to you today (I'm going to leave the price w/ 10% off for you if you want to buy it) - So for the measurements: This is an empire waist dress - the band sits just below the bust line From the top shoulder/collar seam to the top of the waist band measures 13" long; the waistband itself measures about 2" thick and 14" wide (seam to seam) - the material stretches so it has some flexibility to it. From the bottom of the waist band to the bottom of the dress measures 22". I am 5'5-1/2" and the dress sits just above my knees...I am a 34c and it fits me comfortably in the bust. The dress is flowy on the bottom, lightly fitted on the top and fitted at the high waist/below bustline. It is made of 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex, fells very soft like light jersey-cotton. It is a handwash/hangdry/no iron item. Hope that helped...Let me know if you have any other questions!
