The Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a matching gathered ruffle. The short puff sleeves gather with a matching piping for a smooth edge. The smocked lower bodice and waist is done in a beautiful lattice accordion smocking, accented with two shades of pink embroidered zig-zag horizontal rows. In addition, sweet pink bullion rose buds with green leaves are spaced across the smocking. The top of the smocking has a matching piping.
