kristinaagi @csm2012 hi! There are cups. I am 5’2 and got it tailored to be a little shorter off the ground to fit, so I would just say that you would have more room at the feet if you are 5’3. However unfortunately I do not think it will fit as a 2-4 since it was tight on the bust as a 0.
