savschmalz @lindsayhamann hi! My waist is 32in. I bought fabric dye from Joann Fabrics, let it sit in hot water mixed with dye for about 5 hours, then washed and dried the romper! Let me know if you have any more questions :-)

savschmalz @lindsayhamann also 5’3 but it was a little long on myself, however I just tucked the extra fabric under but it was cute ruffled together at the bottom! I would say it could possibly fit, it would just be a little looser like on the model! :)
