Dress from Pink Lily that has only been worn once! It is tiered, but is same for from top to bottom (doesn’t get tighter as the tiers go up). The top is a stretch material and the bottom is loose, so could fit more like a L/XL fit! Straps are adjustable. Double lined as well!
