Pink Owl Blue and Magenta Shift Dress with belt

This shift dress looks amazing on. It has a v-neck in the front and back and it has open slit sleeves. Perfect for a hot night. I am 5 ft 9 in and would probably wear this with leggings but I am sure leggings wouldn’t be necessary for people who are under that height. In perfect condition and a smoke free home! 100% polyester and has a navy lining underneath.
