Pink Owl floral crop

Beautiful floral crop by Pink Owl in a size L. Features a tie on the back of the neck, a loose, flouncy fit and a gorgeous floral pattern. In excellent condition, I only wore this once. Hits a few inches below the bottom of the chest.
