I just love this skirt. I bought it for my daughter, but it’s a little too small on her. This has a cross front so it’s kind of sexy. The waist is 14 1/2 across the front and the length is 33 inches. And it goes down to about 21 inches where it opens up at the leg. The hips are approximately 19 1/2 inches across the front.
