This Sweet little smocked dress is by Feltman Brothers Fine Children's Apparel. The pale pink hue looks like cotton candy! The sleeveless style will keep your baby girl cool during summer months. The detail in this dress is super appealing. The rounded neckline and the arm openings have a matching pink trim that has been hand faggoted (a very high-end stitching detail) The bodice meets the waist with a petite piping and follows with gorgeous smocking done in a contrasting pink shade of embroidery. The tight lattice design has little clusters of pink bullion rosebuds, creating an upper and lower border. The center of the smocking has lovely pink bullion roses spaced ever-so-evenly across the waist.
