This Pink Smocked Dress has amazing details!! The Cloud Pink dress has a Peter Pan collar that has a matching piping trim that is hand-faggoted to the collar (a high-end stitch found in heirloom clothing). Below the neckline, on the upper chest, are 4 hand-embroidered vertical floral swags done in bullion buds with green leaves and pink knot details. White vertical feather stitching borders the two inner swags. A smocked panel sits at the lower chest to waist and has a lattice design done in white embroidery. More Bullion rose buds in shades of pink are hand-embroidered above and below the lattice design. The lower portion of the dress is the star of this little gem! Instead of a straight light hem, a reverse scallop hem adorns the bottom of the dress. White feather stitch embroidery borders the inverted scalloped hem. At each peak of the scallop, clusters of bullion rosebuds with green leaves and pink dot detail add the finishing touch. The short puff sleeves are banded with a matching trim. Upper button back.
