An accordion design smocking is done with a lattice border with floral details. Clusters of pink and white buds with green leaves are embroidered on top of the lattice design. The puff sleeves gather with a matching smocking and are trimmed with a delicate white french lace. The bottom of the skirt is adorned with 4 horizontal rows of pin tucks.
