This Baby Girl's Smocked Bishop dress is adorable! A fine children's clothing line by Feltman Brothers. Done in a pastel pink with white, pink and green embroidery. The Bishop style dress has a smocked neckline and shoulders done in a petite lattice design. The rounded neckline has a pink embroidered feather stitch. A lovely row of white embroidered flowers with pink centers and green leaves drape across the top the smocking. The short puff sleeves are trimmed in a matching pink band with a hand sewn feather stitch. The hem is the icing on this little beauty!
