julienoelle22 @mz_kubbiie it's not stretchable around the waist, however, there isn't any elastic or anything that would force it to be tight. I have big hips and it fits ! Haha

julienoelle22 @mz_kubbiie I believe it could fit a 10...I'm usually 6 or 8 and 8 or 10 in dresses. This one unlike most others is NOT tight around my hips (I have no butt so it fits there haha). Also I am 5'10 just an FYI if length is an issue for you too.

julienoelle22 @mz_kubbiie just tried this on again. Plenty of room in waist area right about my hips. Had some room too at the hips. I'm actually able to step into the dress which I normally can't do b/c of my hips. Hope this helps!
