Pink Thread Crochet Bib Choker with Beads, Handmade Statement Piece

This award-winning is not for the faint of heart. Its bold cluttered style is reminiscent of the Victorian style, very full and ornate with tiny crochet stitches and embellished with numerous beads to create a statement. I crocheted the layered band with Coats Aunt Lydia's Classic Crochet Thread size 10. Seed beads are sewn by hand into the band and various beads are inserted into the spaces and loops. The lower edge consists of 2 layers, one of picot loops on top and a solid scalloped base from which I have hung a variety of drops and strings of beads. This choker will fit a smaller neck, up to about 12 1/2".
