flowersbyash @jaynesue1234 I'd say new without tags, it's in great condition, I've worn it a couple times but then I had a baby and it doesn't fit anymore, super bummed cause I love this jacket, really don't want to sell, it was listed at 140 but I need to get it out of the house so that I can stop getting upset that it doesn't fit lol
