Pink and White Flowy Patterned Blouse

This is a Pink and White Flowy Patterned Blouse with blue detailing from Nordstrom. It has tassels that have wood-like beads on the end. It cinches at the waist and is very lightweight and good for the spring. It has only been worn a few times and is in excellent condition.
