Stretchy material! Dress measures 29” in length (not including straps). Straps are non-adjustable. No tag; would best fit a small. Lace trim has come unattached under the bust area on one side, as shown in the last image. No rips in the lace — could easily be sewn up. Print is slightly faded on the butt area.
