Pink and gray dog vest

so, I bought this for my service dog a blue heeler and he has since SERIOUSLY our grown it. I washed it with another white sweater of mine and it's got those little balls on it which can easily be razor or shaved off. the inner is pink fleece and outer is gray waterproof rain coat like canvas stuff. the pockets zippers DO WORK but there's only about a 1/4 to 1/8 inch room in the pocket. it zips up the back on the top. I'm trying to find a picture where he wore it for one of three times in his life lol and looked so adorable! now he has the doggies COVID 15 and it won't zip. it's about a size large. fits probably a normal size boxer, boarder collie, or normal size heeler!
