Pink and white BCBGeneration wrap dress XS

I'm so sad that this dress doesn't fit me and I can't return it. It's just too big for me and you can only tie it in so much lol. Size SMALL. Never worn out. New with tags. White background with a magenta or hot pink pattern. It's super comfortable and stretchy in many areas and the print is super classy. 100% Rayon The smallest I could get the waist to go was 13 in across but it didn't look very good on me so I definitely recommend this size for someone with a waist that's at least 30 in. Armpit to armpit is 17" unstretched and it can stretch a few more inches. The shoulder area is stretchy, the top of the bust is stretchy, and the end of the sleeves near the wrist is also stretchy! Length is 35"
