Pink and white polka dot mod/twee dress

Early 2000s dress in great shape. I’m 5’7” and it goes halfway down my thigh, but you could always pin it or hem it to make it shorter. I would say it’s a medium, but could fit a Small-Large depending on how you want it to fit.
