hollyparikh19 Very interested! My 8th grader has a semi formal and we are considering this. Can you give me the length and all of the other measurements please? She is very skinny and about 5'3-5'4 so I'll need the measurement just above hip. Thanks!!! 💋

leelee196 @hollyparikh19 35" strap to hem, about 30" around just below arms. About 26" around at waist. It is a size small from Forever21. Also looks good even if slightly loose on top, that's how it fits me and it's not made to be tight. Let me know if you have anymore questions!
