Pink dress with tiered skirt

Beautiful vibrant pink dress with small ruffles at the shoulders and a tiered skirt. The dress has a square-ish neckline and elastic at the wrists. The dress is in excellent, gently worn condition from a smoke-free home. Measurements: Flat width measured under the arms is approximately 16 inches, with lots of stretch in the gathered chest and torso area. Length of the top area is approximately 8 inches in the front and 10 inches in the back. Length of the skirt is about 18.5 inches, measured in front. Sleeves measured from the shoulder are about 21 inches.
