I think these might be cherry blossoms? They are beautiful! This one has a light pink color with red rhinestone crystals and white crystals and pearls, yellow gold plated on back, there is a spot to where you could put this on a chain and wear as a necklace pendant. It doesn’t have the designated loop for it though but definitely could work.
