Pink high low dress new without tags

NWOT this is a high low No Boundaries dress with built in shorts that has a full length skirt around the sides and all the way around the back. I’m petite and 5’3 and it fit me very well, but I bought it for a cruise and never ended up needing it. It does have adjustable straps, from where the strap meets the top to the bottom is 52 inches in length. You don’t need a slip with this dress and it should wear really comfortable with the built in shorts, easy to walk in.
