This is such a cute and dainty layered dress. Nuggles brand. There is a small hole on the very last layer of the dress right above the hem, with a couple of marks, as seen in the picture. Looks like maybe it got caught in something. when wearing it is not noticeable because it is all the way at the bottom of the dress, however , the dress is very long and that layer can be cut off.I am 5’8 and the dress comes past my ankles.
