20” strap one way, can be worn as crossbody, backpack or shoulder bag depends on how you tie the straps. It’s brand new never worn, arrived with one small faint spot on the inside, see picture. Its lightweight and can fit more than you think. Unsure of bag material, it claimed to be genuine leather but it looks like faux leather to me.
